Make Your Own Heart-Shaped Waffles

Collect all ingredients and kitchen gadgets:
- 3 eggs
- 400 ml (13.5 fl oz) of Milk
- 250 grams (9 oz) of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 grams (4 oz) of butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
You also need 1 large bowl, a whisk and a heart-shaped wafer pan to make heart-shaped waffles.
And then:
- Break the eggs and beat them in the bowl until they have a homogeneous color. Then add the butter, milk and flour. Stir until it becomes a smooth liquid. Then add the baking powder, salt and sugar to the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F). The heart-shaped waffles won’t make themselves. Therefore, pour the dough into the heart-shaped silicone baking mold and put it in the preheated oven. Wait about 8 minutes. If all goes well, the hearts should have already gotten a firmer shape. Turn around the baking mold and put the (almost finished) waffles on a baking tray. Then put this baking tray in the oven for another 5 minutes. Your waffles are now ready to eat!
- Decorate your waffles with some delicious whipped cream, strawberries, nuts, syrup and other delicious toppings.
